Fernando Flores Esq. has been a dedicated advocate for immigrants' rights for over 17 years. His expertise spans from representing clients in high-stakes litigation to supporting clients in various administrative venues, including immigration court. His commitment to justice and equality for immigrants was evident early on, earning him the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship and Public Service Award from UC Davis School of Law.
Fernando has represented clients in state and federal courts and he has several published appellate and California Supreme Court decisions. In addition to his legal practice, Fernando has also taught courses at Berkeley Law and UC Davis School of Law that focus on representing Spanish-speaking, immigrant clients. Fernando's ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and his efforts to enhance the legal profession's understanding of cultural competency set him apart as a leader in the legal profession.
